Integrates Bugzilla and GitHub for Seamless Collaboration
bugzilla-github-extension is a Chrome add-on developed by Clango, Inc. This extension aims to streamline collaboration between Bugzilla and GitHub, making it easier for developers to manage bug tracking and code review processes. With bugzilla-github-extension, you can seamlessly integrate the two platforms and enjoy a more efficient workflow.
In Bugzilla, the extension adds a link to the bug's title if the GitHub Pull Request URL is provided. It also includes a button for marking selected bugs as duplicates when changing multiple bugs at once. On the GitHub side, if the repository is associated with a Bugzilla product, the product will be listed under the repository name. Additionally, there are buttons to quickly access Bugzilla lists of unresolved or resolved bugs.
The extension also offers convenient features for linking pull requests to bugs. If the pull request's title or branch contains the bug number, it will be automatically linked to the bug. Bugzilla details will be displayed in a sidebar, and comments can be sent to Bugzilla along with the hours worked. When creating or merging a pull request, you have the option to update Bugzilla fields and labels.
